Bupa AU’s Marketing Director Promoted to New Customer Experience Role in the UK

Bupa’s Marketing Director for Australia and New Zealand, John Moore has been promoted to a newly created role for customer experience and digital marketing in the UK. Mr Moore will be moving to Bupa’s corporate HQ in London starting 2017. His new role will be focusing on building the customers’ digital experience and to help Bupa become the leader for customer digital services.

Mr Moore has been the Marketing Manager for Bupa Australia since 2013, and has an extensive background for marketing and customer service management from big companies such as Vodafone, National Australia Bank, Suncorp and CIBC.
