Bupa’s Senior Business Development Manager Hops Over to Cigna Global, UK

Cigna Global has appointed Steve Martin, previously a Senior Business Development Manager for Bupa UK, to lead its Individual Private Medical Insurance business in the UK.

Mr. Martin has accumulated over 17 years of experience in business development and medical insurance from his long tenure with Bupa and Bupa Global.

Under the newly-created role, Mr. Martin is tasked to strengthen existing partnerships to accelerate sales. As the Business Development Manager for Cigna UK, Mr. Martin will report to Tim Slee, Head of Global Broker Distribution.

“Our European Business Development Manager, Nicolas Roubin, who has been doing a great job looking after our UK brokers from his base in Brussels will continue in his role focusing on Mainland Europe and some specific African countries,” Mr. Slee elaborated.
