Allianz Worldwide Care Announces New Plans for IGOs

Allianz Worldwide Care’s new International Health Insurance Plans for Intergovernmental Organisations (IGO) was launched today. These plans are aimed at small to medium sized (10-300 staff) IGOs and will provide comprehensive health insurance that fits the needs of IGOs such as:

  • Dedicated IGO support teams
  • Simple price structure
  • Three interchangeable levels of coverage
  • Access to over 750,000 global medical providers
  • Access to mobile medical claims process through My Health App

The new set of plans hopes to provide relief for IGOs by giving them support for their specific needs through the convenient solutions provided by Allianz Worldwide Care.

Allianz Worldwide Care’s Head of IGO, NGO and Governmental Business comments:

“With over 50 years of experience in providing international health insurance to IGOs, we recognised a need for a product that simplified the process for both the employer and staff member. Often smaller IGOs do not have a dedicated HR team, or the resources to address and investigate every element of international health insurance for their staff members. Likewise, staff being sent abroad for work have several different stress factors when it comes to a major relocation. Having easy access to health and wellbeing support, for them and their families, is one thing we want to make sure they don’t have to worry about,”
