IMG Acquires ALC Health

International Medical Group (IMG) acquired à la carte Healthcare Limited (ALC) last week in their next step to strengthen and grow the company’s presence in Europe and Asia.

ALC, a UK-based IPMI company with clients in over 140 countries worldwide offers a chance of growth and expansion for IMG.

IMG’s President and CEO, Todd A. Hancock gave us exclusive comments:

IMG’s acquisition of ALC Health marks another significant step toward expanding our global footprint. 

The deal consolidates the expertise of two award-winning firms in the iPMI industry. Most importantly, it brings us closer to serving members in key regions across Europe and Asia. With ALC’s offices in West Sussex, Malaga, Gibraltar and soon Hong Kong, we have more resources and better positioning to be there for our members. 

Being closer in proximity – in geography, language and culture — is vital to providing the products, services and support demanded by our members.

The operations of ALC will not be impacted by this acquisition and Mr Hancock stated that it would be business as usual for ALC.
